Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rush Retro Gaming purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return your item within the timeframes listed below.
Please review the full guidelines before submitting your return request.
Return Window

Standard Orders: Return requests must be submitted through our self-service return portal within 30 days of the delivery date.

Holiday Season Orders: Orders placed between November 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025 are eligible for return requests submitted through our self-service return portal by January 31, 2026.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
We accept returns for any reason, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided through our self-service return portal.
How to Request a Return

Log in to your Customer Account [HERE] within the applicable return window.

Select the item(s) you wish to return.

Print your pre-paid return shipping label.

Repackage the item in its original box and packaging.

Attach the return label and ship according to the label instructions.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please complete a return using the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee, within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@rushretrogaming.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition that you received them — unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
